Thales Alenia Space in Spain offers a one-year, full-time paid internship under the Young Talent Program. The role provides on-the-job experiences (70%), mentorship and networking (20%), and formal training (10%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently enrolled in final year) in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Physics, Electronics, Mathematics, Industrial, Chemical or Aerospace Engineering, Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, Occupational Risk Prevention, or similar fields.

Responsabilités

• Support real projects and responsibilities through on-the-job experiences (70%).
• Learn through feedback, relationships, mentorship, and coaching (20%).
• Attend formal training (10%).
• Join a fast-growing, international space industry team in Spain and contribute to mission-related tasks.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for recent graduates and final-year students who want to make a difference in Thales Alenia Space in Spain in areas such as: RF, Electronics, Data, Systems, Industry, Quality, Core, Operational and Forecast Planning, Technology, CTO, Procurement, Facilities, HR, Communication, and Transformation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently enrolled in the final year) in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Physics, Electronics, Mathematics, Industrial, Chemical or Aerospace Engineering, Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, Occupational Risk Prevention, or similar fields.
• High level of English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
• Availability to join in September 2026.
• Motivation, initiative, ability to manage complex projects, international experience, and extracurricular achievements will be highly valued.
• Prior internships, volunteering, or exchange programs are a plus.
