Grupo Oesía is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to join a multidisciplinary team. You will design, develop and integrate security solutions for high-value defense and security projects, with a focus on cyber resilience.

The role requires 8+ years in Security and Defence projects, international collaboration, risk management, and strong analytical skills in systems modelling (MBSE). English at C1; German or French desirable.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Security and Defence sector projects.
• Experience in international collaborative projects.
• Experience in cybersecurity risk management.
• Experience assessing product cyber resilience and proposing mitigation measures.
• Knowledge of tools, processes and methodologies for mitigating cybersecurity attacks.
• Analytical skills in systems modelling; MBSE would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of operational concepts in military air operations environments would be an advantage.

• Define and implement system security management plans, with a focus on cyber resilience.
• Identify, analyse and classify cyber threats.
• Define product cybersecurity functions.
• Define product cybersecurity requirements.
• Design product security solutions with a focus on cyber resilience.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• At least 8 years of experience in Security and Defence sector projects.
• Experience working on international collaborative projects.
• Experience in cybersecurity risk management.
• Experience assessing product cyber resilience and proposing mitigation measures to enhance cyber resilience.
• Knowledge of tools, processes and methodologies for mitigating cybersecurity attacks.
• Knowledge of and analytical skills in systems modelling. Experience with MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of operational concepts in military air operations environments would be an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Languages: C1 level English. Knowledge of German and/or French would be an advantage.
• A NATO/EU Personnel Security Clearance, at least up to CONFIDENTIAL level, would be desirable.
• Advanced user-level knowledge of the following tools:Microsoft Office, DOORS
