Airbus Crisa is seeking a Project Supply Manager to lead procurement activities within the Space business, aligning Programme needs with procurement strategies and delivering on time, cost, and quality for supplied products and services.

You will coordinate tendering, supplier evaluation, and contract management across Programmes, ensuring standardised processes and effective communication with Product Lines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or finance.
• English and Spanish at negotiation level.
• Experience in Procurement and/or Legal and/or Commercial.
• Experience drafting and negotiating procurement and/or commercial contracts.
• Experience interfacing with customers and suppliers.
• Knowledge of procurement processes including supplier review, negotiation, export control, subcontract management, supplier management, change process, invoicing and payment.

Responsabilidades

• Define procurement approach between Programmes and Procurement.
• Organise tender evaluation and supplier selection/negotiation.
• Coordinate Supply Management functions for proposals.
• Ensure procurement processes are correctly applied.
• Prepare a cost brochure detailing supply commitments.
• Act as focal point for products procurement matters.
• Coordinate Supply Management with Product Line/Project.
• Be the Project interface to the organization for procurement matters.
• Facilitate information exchange and lessons learned between projects.
• Provide consolidated reporting on hardware cost and metrics.
• Manage subcontracted activities with Programmes.
