Airbus Crisa is seeking a Project Supply Management leader to drive the procurement strategy for Space programs in the Madrid area. You will manage a direct team, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cost objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive procurement experience, and proficiency in SAP, with fluency in Spanish and English. French is a plus. This is a permanent, on-site position in Tres Cantos, Madrid region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Spanish and English at negotiation level; French is valuable.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in direct people management.
• Experience in Procurement and/or Legal and/or Commercial.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating procurement and/or commercial contracts.
• SAP tool knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Project Supply Management team within Airbus Crisa.
• Coordinate procurement activities to ensure on-time, on-cost, and on-quality deliverables.
• Manage supplier relationships and contract execution across Space programs.
• Consolidate procurement deliverables and provide risk and change reporting.
