Hispasat, as part of SpaceRISE, is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for Ground Segment workstreams in the IRIS² project.

Based in Madrid area, you will coordinate SOWs, manage RFPs and supplier relationships, and ensure contractual compliance while driving continuous improvements.

The role requires a Master's in a related field, 10+ years in space procurement, English fluency, and EU clearance eligibility.

Formación

• Master's degree in related field.
• 10+ years in space/ground segment procurement.
• Experience in RFPs and supplier negotiations.
• Knowledge of Agile and project planning tools.
• EU security clearance process familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Define procurement set-up and workplans for Ground Segment.
• Prepare procurement packages with SOWs and specs.
• Lead RFPs, bid evaluations, and supplier selection.
• Manage subcontractors against schedule, quality, and cost.
• Monitor progress, risks, and changes, with reporting.
• Coordinate actions with programme, engineering, finance, legal, and customers.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement and reporting.
