GMV Spain is seeking engineers to join its Aerospace division in Madrid, contributing to space mission software projects. You will participate in analysis, development, and testing of simulation algorithms using C++ and Python, integrating multiple modules into a coherent framework.

The role requires collaboration in an international team, experience with GitLab, Docker, and Matlab, and offers hybrid work with relocation support for the right candidate.

Formación

• Strong software programming and implementation skills
• Background in Space Missions; physics, mathematics, engineering, or related technical field.
• Programming in C++ and working experience with GitLab.
• Experience with Earth Observation payloads, Docker, Python, Matlab; coordination, leadership, and project support is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and define algorithms to simulate payload behaviour.
• Develop and unit test using C++ and Python.
• Implement new functionalities within the simulation framework.
• Integrate algorithms into a single application.
• Analyse technical documentation related to space mission instruments.
• Perform system-level testing and report validation results.
