Airbus in Madrid is seeking a qualified engineer to join their Industrialization Team, focused on defining and supporting new Industrial Test means for Space Electronic equipment. You will lead continuous improvement of existing testing methods, requiring proficiency in automation and customer support.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Aeronautic, Industrial or Electronic Engineering and should be proactive, well organized, and possess a strong digital mindset. English proficiency is essential, and knowledge of French is an advantage.

In the industrialization department, our mission is to guarantee the technical and digital means needed to execute manufacturing and test processes for Space Electronic equipment with excellent performance.
Our way of working is built upon trust, based on the principles of collaboration & cooperation, autonomy/accountability and flexibility. Our activities are split into missions whose set‑up are integrated in different Space business: Launchers, Earth Exploration (Copernicus), Space Exploration (Artemis), Commercial (Telecommunications Satellites).
