A luxury hotel in Ibiza is seeking a Spa Reception trainee to support daily operations at the Spa. Responsibilities include welcoming guests and collaborating with departments to ensure a high standard of service. The ideal candidate will be a hospitality student, fluent in English and Spanish, with strong attention to detail. This 4 to 6 month internship offers accommodation, meals, and a monthly allowance of 500€ gross plus tips.

About The Role

The Spa Reception trainee will support the Spa Front Desk Team and Manager during their daily operations. In a regular daily basis, you will welcome guests to our unique Spa, following the Six Senses Spa procedure and standards, provide information about our products, services and hotel facilities and Ibiza island, collaborate with other depatments to provide excellent service and become a brand ambassador of Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay.

You will have the opportunity to give your personal touch to every guest interaction and to bring fresh ideas to the table to improve our guests’ experience.

Program length: 4 to 6 months. Start date: April – May 2026.

What you need to have

• Hospitality and Hotel Management Student (Diploma, University studies or Master).
• Fluent in English (B2+ or above) and independent level of Spanish (B2).

• Good organization and planning skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus.
