Job summary

T-Systems Iberia seeks a seasoned Platform Engineer to design and run scalable Kubernetes environments for AI tooling and SDLC workloads. You will implement GitOps, IaC, and robust observability, coordinating with software, security, and architecture teams to maintain secure, auditable systems.

The role demands 5+ years in SRE/DevOps with hands-on Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and scripting, plus strong networking and security fundamentals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE, platform engineering, DevOps, cloud infra, or similar roles.
• Proven experience building production-grade platforms with GitOps and IaC.
• Hands-on Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and scripting (Python or shell).
• Strong understanding of networking, storage, secrets, access control, monitoring.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled workloads with data governance and security.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate Kubernetes environments hosting AI engineering tools and workflows.
• Implement GitOps and IaC patterns for provisioning, upgrades, and DR readiness.
• Manage registries, mirrors, secrets, identity, networking, storage, backups and access models.
• Provide observability with metrics, logs, traces, and runbooks for engineers.
• Collaborate with software, security, and architecture teams to ensure compliant AI SDLC.
