Job Description:Job Summary:The Sourcing & Procurement Manager is responsible for executing the company’s sourcing and procurement strategy, ensuring cost optimization, supplier performance, and contract compliance.This role combines strategic sourcing with hands-on procurement execution, acting as a key partner for internal stakeholders to ensure efficient purchasing processes and alignment with business objectives..Key Responsibilities:Sourcing Strategy & ExecutionSupport the definition and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.Lead sourcing initiatives across assigned categories and spend areas.Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and value optimization initiatives.Conduct market analysis to support supplier selection and sourcing decisions.Supplier Management & NegotiationManage relationships with key suppliers and ensure performance against agreed KPIs (cost, quality, delivery).Lead RFQ processes, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, implementing corrective actions where needed.Support supplier risk assessment and mitigation activities.Procurement OperationsOversee day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring timely purchasing and contract execution.Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align purchasing activities with project and business needs.Drive process improvements and standardization in procurement workflows.Cost Control & Performance ManagementTrack procurement KPIs and provide regular reporting to management.Support budget control and spend visibility across categories.Analyze pricing trends and supplier proposals to ensure competitiveness.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure procurement activities comply with internal policies and external requirements.Identify risks related to suppliers, contracts, and market conditions, and implement mitigation plans.Collaborate with Legal and Finance on contract management and compliance topics.Stakeholder Management & Team SupportPartner with Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to support business needs.Provide support and guidance to junior procurement team members (if applicable).Contribute to building a performance-driven and collaborative team culture.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.5–8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or purchasing roles.Strong experience in supplier management and contract negotiation.Experience working in international environments and cross-functional teams.Fluency in English (C1).Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree or specialization in Procurement or Supply Chain.Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).Background in industrial or renewable energy sector.Procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.At Array Tech, Inc, we strive to lead with our culture and believe that our people are a key enabler of our future state.
