Trading 212 is seeking a Talent Sourcer to partner with recruiters, translate role requirements into effective sourcing strategies, and proactively engage passive candidates across LinkedIn, niche communities, and other channels.

You will build and maintain talent pipelines, write compelling outreach, conduct initial screening, keep the ATS clean, and continuously test channels in a fast-moving, high-velocity environment. English fluency is required, additional languages are a plus.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a related talent acquisition role.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
• Strong written communication skills for outreach.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches and pipelines.
• Comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving, high-velocity environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to hiring markets are a plus.

• Stay close to market trends, talent pools, and competitor movements across the regions we hire in.

What you need to have

• 1+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a related talent acquisition role (junior candidates with strong sourcing potential are also encouraged to apply)
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools, and a genuine curiosity for finding talent in non-obvious places
• Strong written communication skills - you know how to write outreach that gets opened and answered
• Highly organized, with the discipline to manage multiple searches and pipelines at once
• Comfortable working at pace, in a fast-moving, high-velocity environment
• Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to our hiring markets are a plus
