Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Recruitment Sourcer to innovate their talent strategy. In this role, you will find and engage top talent while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.

The ideal candidate brings over 3 years of experience in sourcing within fast-paced tech environments, and must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong organizational skills!

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition, ideally within a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms, particularly Greenhouse.

The Role

As a Recruitment Sourcer, you'll be at the heart of Fever’s talent strategy. You won't wait for candidates to come to you. You'll find them, engage them, and build the pipelines that keep Fever ahead of the curve. Working hand‑in‑hand with recruiters and hiring managers, you'll make sure we're always talking to the right people before we even need them.

What You’ll Do

• Build and execute creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, events, and referrals
• Maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across tech, data, and product roles
• Map the competitive landscape to identify target companies where top talent is thriving and build strategies to engage them
• Leverage AI‑powered tools and workflows to enhance talent discovery, automate repetitive tasks, personalize candidate outreach at scale, and generate actionable insights from sourcing data
• Engage passive candidates with compelling, personalized outreach that communicates what makes Fever different
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and continuously optimize sourcing approaches
• Use data to track pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and conversion rates and act on what you find
• Manage candidate records and pools in our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring pipelines are clean, organized, and actionable
• Keep a pulse on talent market trends and new sourcing tools and techniques
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, representing Fever at virtual events, e‑meetups, and talent communities

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition, ideally within a fast‑growing tech company
• A natural hunter—finding hard‑to‑reach talent through unconventional means genuinely excites you
• AI‑first mindset: you embrace AI as a force multiplier for your work, proactively adopting new tools and workflows to improve sourcing effectiveness, productivity, and candidate engagement
• Data‑driven: you measure what you do, iterate fast, and can make a compelling case for your sourcing decisions
• You communicate with clarity and warmth and your first message to a candidate reflects the quality of the brand you're representing
• You thrive in ambiguity and can juggle multiple pipelines without losing focus or quality
• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms — Greenhouse is a big plus
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for patterns in the talent market
• C1 or Native English and Spanish are required, additional languages are a plus
