Responsibilities

• Build and manage talent pipelines for AI, machine learning, data science, and software engineering roles across Madrid's thriving tech ecosystem.
• Run proactive sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities, and beyond.
• Partner with Talent Partners to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Stay plugged into Madrid's tech scene—knowing where the best AI engineers hang out, what they care about, and how to reach them.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing or recruitment experience within technology, ideally with exposure to AI, machine learning, or deep tech roles.
• Strong Boolean search skills and experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.).
• A hunter mentality—persistent, creative, and results‑driven.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a strong plus for engaging local Madrid talent.
• Energy, curiosity, and a genuine interest in AI and emerging technology trends.
