As senior Planning Manager in Quick Commerce Central Operations, you will own the operational mechanisms, processes, and communication frameworks that enable seamless execution across the EU Quick Commerce network. You will lead business reviews, design and implement standard work, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance, reduce defects, and scale operations. You will work closely with schedulers, site operators, delivery partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and protect customer promise.

You will balance leading business reviews with designing operational improvements and supporting live operations. Your day may include facilitating a network-wide DBR, deep diving on delivery performance trends, collaborating with schedulers on shift handover protocols, partnering with site operators on process gaps, and analyzing data to inform capacity decisions. You will continuously evaluate opportunities to improve delivery speed, quality, and cost while contributing to the long-term strategy of Quick Commerce operations.
