Amazon seeks a Finance Manager to provide finance leadership for EU Same Day speed programs. The role partners with operations, finance teams to identify opportunities and drive improvements in program economics, delivering insights from data to enable bold decisions.

This is a 1-year fixed-term contract and the role is office-based in Luxembourg, Madrid or London. You will build financial analyses, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and help shape faster delivery that delights customers

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in a finance role including partnering with stakeholders across the business.
• Experience working with Excel and large-scale data mining/reporting tools such as Python, SQL, or Tableau.
• Experience in financial modeling.

Description

Amazon seeks a Finance Manager to provide finance leadership for EU Same Day speed programs. In this role, you will be a core part of a small and fast growing team that is in charge of evaluating the launch of delivery programs allowing customers to benefit from speed and convenience across Amazon's selection. To build this rapidly growing business, the successful candidate must be passionate about enabling management to make breakthrough decisions through financial analyses, drive cash flow, and ultimately delight our customers.

This is a 1 year (12 months) fixed-term contract. The role is office based in Luxembourg, Madrid or London.

You must have solid financial knowledge and business acumen while thinking strategically and dealing with ambiguity, constantly looking for insights from the numbers and communicating findings in a clear and concise manner. This role requires extensive partnership with various business, operations, transportation, and finance teams to identify areas of opportunities and generate improvements in program economics. This team works hard, has a great deal of fun, and definitely makes history!

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or another relevant field
• Experience in a finance role including partnering with a variety of stakeholders across the business
• Experience working with Excel and large-scale data mining and reporting tools such as Python, SQL, or Tableau
• Experience in financial modeling

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced or master's degree in finance, economics, or mathematics, such as a CA, CMA, CWA, or MBA
• Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• Experience working in large teams or at a national/multinational organization
• Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
