Instaleap is seeking a Solution Engineer to help customers go live by designing and implementing tailored solutions. You will manage deployment projects and support the customer success team with integration knowledge.

You will accompany production, demonstrate proposed solutions, configure and test services, analyze metrics, and push improvements in documentation and processes. Hybrid work model offered with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Two to three years in software engineering, customer experience and design architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in computer software or engineering preferred.
• Proven track record in a solution engineer or customer support role.
• Experience integrating systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement solutions that fit customer needs to help go live with the product.
• Manage deployment projects and support Customer Success with integration knowledge.
• Configure services, test them, and monitor metrics.
• Demonstrate proposed solutions during production stages to clients.
• Improve area documentation and processes.
