INNOCV Solutions S.L.U. seeks a strong technical architect to design end-to-end solutions and defend them in client discussions. You will join to shape technical proposals from initial conversations to final pitches, remaining close to technology and guiding teams.

The role emphasizes architectural decisions, collaboration with clients, and acting as a technical reference for teams. Madrid-based with a focus on innovation and value creation.

Formación

• 5+ years in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture or a similar role.
• Experience designing end-to-end architectures.
• Solid knowledge of AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Experience with APIs, integrations and distributed systems.
• Experience in pre-sales, RFPs or client-facing activities.
• Ability to explain and defend complex technical decisions clearly.

What will you do?

Design architectures — Define scalable, secure and pragmatic solutions using modern technologies and cloud platforms.

Talk to clients — Understand their challenges, challenge requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Lead technical proposals — Shape RFPs and high-value proposals and present and defend your solution directly with the client.

Guide technical teams — Support engineers and tech leads in architectural decisions and complex projects.

Stay ahead of technology — Explore new technologies and identify where they can create real business value.

The role

We’re looking for a strong technical architect who enjoys solving complex problems, designing end-to-end solutions and, most importantly, defending them in front of clients.

You’ll join our team to work on high-value opportunities, shaping the technical solution from the first conversation to the final proposal.

This is not a pure management role. We’re looking for someone who wants to stay close to technology, make architectural decisions and be the technical reference for both our teams and our clients.

What do we value?

• 5+ years in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture or a similar technical role.

• Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset.

Bonus points: Cloud certifications, Kubernetes, microservices, event-driven architectures or consulting experience.
