INNOCV Solutions in Madrid seeks a strong software architect who enjoys solving complex problems, designing end-to-end solutions, and defending them before clients.

You will join our team to work on high-value opportunities, shaping the technical solution from the first conversation to the final proposal while keeping close to technology.

This is a hands-on role with focus on architectural decisions, collaboration, and delivering real business value.

Formación

• 5+ years in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture or similar technical role.
• Strong experience designing end-to-end architectures.
• Solid knowledge of AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Experience in pre-sales, RFPs, technical proposals or client-facing roles.
• Ability to explain and defend complex technical decisions clearly.
• Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset.

What will you do?

• Design architectures — Define scalable, secure and pragmatic solutions using modern technologies and cloud platforms.
• Talk to clients — Understand their challenges, challenge requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead technical proposals — Shape RFPs and high-value proposals and present and defend your solution directly with the client.
• Guide technical teams — Support engineers and tech leads in architectural decisions and complex projects.
• Stay ahead of technology — Explore new technologies and identify where they can create real business value.

This is not a pure management role. We’re looking for someone who wants to stay close to technology, make architectural decisions and be the technical reference for both our teams and our clients.
