As a Solution Architect you will be :
- Leading implementation of BlueYonder products, including ownership of end-to-end solution design
- Working with customer business and IT teams during all project phases
- Providing leadership to functional teams during implementation cycles
- Serving as a functional and industry expert and participating in key meetings between Project Manager, key customer contacts, and customer users
- Working closely with Product Management Department regarding specific trends for future product functionality / enhancements
- Providing mentorship to junior associates within the Blue Yonder organization
- Working with the pre-sales team to assess workload on a given project and recommend roles
Knowledge and Skills we are looking for :
Essential :
- 8 years of industry experience in Supply Chain / Retail industry (e.g.Softline, Grocery, Wholesale,FMCG, CPG, etc.)
- Very good understanding Category / Range / Display Management and Assortment concepts for retail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Hands‑on experience in using, implementing, or supporting modern Supply Chain applications (BlueYonder / i2 / Manugistics / JDA, SAP APO, Kinaxis, Infor, Logility, o9, Quintiq, or similar planning solution)
- Business level fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Ability and willingness to travel across Europe is required
- Right to live and work in the European Union
Desirable :
- Fluency in additional European languages (German or French) appreciated
- Machine Learning & Data Science concept familiarity
- Experience in supply chain software implementation
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project approaches
- Python and SQL elementary skills
