A global technology leader is seeking a passionate Solutions Architect to join their Risk, Assurance and Legal Compliance team in Spain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Risk and Compliance management, as well as expertise in the ServiceNow platform and SaaS solutions. This position involves designing solutions, leading architectural discussions, and collaborating with various teams to enhance business processes and compliance standards.

Formación

  • 7-10 years of relevant IT experience, designing and implementing technology solutions.
  • Experience creating architectural documentation (e.g. UML).
  • Broad understanding of integration (middleware) and security.

Responsabilidades

  • Design solutions to ensure adherence to enterprise standards.
  • Lead cross-solution architecture design questions.
  • Research and evaluate new solutions and methodologies.

Job Description

The Risk, Assurance and Legal Compliance product allows Roche to manage global risk, ensure legal compliance and provide assurance of compliant processes and behavior in other words ensuring that the provisions of these regulations are met in practice. As part of the product, informatics creates, manages and operates solutions which improve processes, efficiency, effectiveness and collaboration especially among compliance departments, Group Audit and Risk Advisory (GA & RA).

We are looking for a highly motivated individual for the position of a Solution Architect to join the Risk, Assurance and Legal Compliance team.

Your responsibilities include :

Designing solutions to ensure adherence to enterprise standards and practices while aligning with business priorities and the wider Roche IT ecosystem

Lead and control cross-solution architecture design questions with developers, vendors, internal and external partners and design authorities.

Architecture review of currently existing solutions to ensure continuous improvement and technical debt management

Research, evaluation, proof of concepts and adoption of new solutions

Designing non-functional requirements, screen vendor capabilities, and evaluate solution integration capabilities

Translating Business requirements into technical architecture. Creates and owns the Solution Architecture documentation

Seeking opportunities to create additional value and improve business processes

Partner with Product Managers and the Enterprise Architect to establish high-level solution intent to showcase product value for stakeholders

We need a passionate person who has :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience

Deep expertise & business knowledge in Risk, Audit & Compliance management

7-10 years of relevant IT experience, designing and implementing technology solutions

Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, IRM / GRC modules and capabilities including TPRM / LSD knowledge

Expertise in multiple technology domains (e.g. Cloud, Automation, Data, AI)

Expertise working with SaaS solutions and vendors

Experience with SaaS platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP Cloud,).

Knowledge of middleware architecture and ESB / EAI-based integration.

Experience creating architectural documentation (e.g. UML).

Broad understanding of integration (middleware), security, infrastructure, DevOps layers, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams

Knowledge of point-to-point integration architecture and MQ queues

Knowledge of AWS / Azure cloud architecture

Broad knowledge and ability to select technologies and tools for integration between internal and external systems.

Design and development of system architecture based on integrations via APIs (REST, SOAP)

Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies

Ability to describe the technical requirements in a clear manner

Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate a vision for one or more technology domains

Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations

Experience in working in a multicultural and international environment

Demonstrated effective oral, written, public, and interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to frame complex issues and persuade a wide and diverse audience
