A renewable energy company in Madrid is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide advanced support for Residential and C&I solutions. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, supporting sales teams, and creating documentation. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and experience in the solar or energy storage industry. Professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Direct experience in the solar PV and/or energy storage industry is highly preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of C&I inverters and battery storage systems.
• Proven experience in technical support or project engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced phone, email, and on-site support to installers and customers.
• Support sales and project teams with technical expertise.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting manuals.
• Deliver technical training and workshops for installers and partners.
