Exus Renewables is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee solar and other renewable assets, driving performance and profitability across a lifecycle. You will work with internal teams and external partners to optimize operations and compliance while maximizing value for investors.

The role requires a solid background in renewable energy operations, strong analytics, and excellent stakeholder management. A hybrid work model is offered to balance field and office responsibilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Energy, Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in Asset Management or similar in renewables.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy plant operations.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; strong analytical ability.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day technical and commercial performance of renewable assets for optimal availability and compliance.
• Analyze production, weather and market data to identify improvements and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Maintain documentation for assets and ensure safety, health and environmental standards.
• Coordinate O&M contractors and external service providers for performance and cost control.
• Provide regular updates to investors and asset owners with clear operational reporting.
• Support due diligence activities and asset acquisitions with site inspections.
