ERM is seeking a Soil and Groundwater junior consultant to join our remediation team in Barcelona, Spain. You will perform field sampling, coordinate drilling and lab services, and assist in data interpretation and reporting on national and international projects.

Ideal candidates have a geology/hydrogeology background, willingness for frequent travel, and strong English and Spanish communication skills. This in-person role requires safety focus and hands-on problem solving.

Formación

• Bachelor in geology or hydrogeology; Master degree a plus.
• Experience with field assignments and environmental sampling is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct field sampling of soil, groundwater, and surface water.
• Coordinate drilling, surveying, and laboratory services.
• Provide construction oversight for remediation projects and O&M of remediation systems.
• Assist in data interpretation, site workplans, and technical reports.
• Perform Phase I/II environmental assessments for property transfers.
• Communicate with subcontractors, regulators, tenants, and clients during field activities.
