WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead.
• Main stack: Python.
• Node.js: experience is a plus, but strong leadership experience can substitute.
• Hands‑on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
• Fluent in English and native in Spanish.
• Experience with other backend technologies such as .NET or Java is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire.
• Strategic thinking and attention to quality.
