Jobtailor in Granada, Spain is seeking a QA Engineer to design automated and manual tests for GPS-based and other PNT equipment. You will work with Python, Robot Framework and Selenium to validate new products and releases, while supporting CI/CD through Jenkins.

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Python and Robot Framework.
• Familiarity with Linux development environments and Bash scripting.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with other Software Test Engineers and Software Developers designing both automated and manual tests on the latest GPS-based and alternative PNT equipment and software
• Testing new products, new features and software releases to ensure products meet the highest standards and specifications.
• Developing with testing tools such as Robot Framework & Selenium using Python
• Support the integration and triage of CI/CD scripts using Jenkins.
• Working cross-functionally with product-owners to understand their needs to develop tests to resolve their problems.
• Create and maintain traceability between test cases and requirements.
• Participating in daily SCRUM/Kanban meetings
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives
• Working in a multi-discipline, multi-cultural environment with cross-functional teams toward common goals

Requirements

• BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience with Python, Robot Framework, etc.
• Comfortable using Linux development environments and scripting languages such as Bash.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and written.
• Ability to collaborate with in person and remote teams.
• Ability to have fun!
