Hexagon Geosystems busca un profesional para garantizar que las funciones de software estén licenciadas y entregadas correctamente. Actuarás como interfaz entre SAP y Flexera FNO, configurando la lógica de licencias, realizando pruebas y documentando datos en los registros de equipos.

Se valorará experiencia en Flexera FNO, SAP SD/MM/PM y un enfoque riguroso en la calidad de datos. Ofrecemos entorno internacional, contratación indefinida y modalidad híbrida en Barcelona.

Formación

• Formación en Informática/IT o equivalente, con foco en negocio.
• Conocimientos sólidos de Flexera (ideal FNO) y SAP (datos de equipo/ERP).
• Enfoque en transformación de datos y licencias de software.

Responsabilidades

• Configurar licencias y modelos de productos en Flexera FNO.
• Integrar datos de SAP y asegurar flujo ERP a la plataforma de licencias.
• Gestionar datos de licencias dentro de los registros de equipos en SAP.
• Realizar pruebas end-to-end para activar características de software.
• Ofrecer soporte de 2.º nivel y resolver incidencias entre SAP y FNO.

About the Role

In this key position, you ensure that our software features are technically licensed and delivered correctly. You act as a “power user” at the interface between our ERP landscape (SAP) and our licensing system (Flexera Operations / FNO). You configure the licensing logic, test implementations, and ensure that licensing information is properly documented within the SAP equipment records of our products.

Your Responsibilities

• System Configuration (Flexera FNO):
• You create and manage product features and licensing models directly in Flexera (FNO), translating product management requirements into technical licensing entitlements.
• SAP Data Integration:
• You work with product-related data from SAP and ensure a smooth data flow between ERP and the licensing platform.
• Equipment Management:
• You maintain and manage licensing data within SAP equipment records to ensure complete traceability and asset transparency.
• Testing & Validation:
• You perform end-to-end testing to ensure that licenses created in FNO correctly activate the intended software features.
• Operational Support & Troubleshooting (2nd Level):
• You provide 2nd level support for operational issues (e.g. incorrect authorisations, synchronisation issues between SAP and FNO), analysing and resolving them directly within the systems.

Your Profile

• Technical Background:
• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration with IT focus, or a comparable qualification.
• System Expertise:
• Hands‑on experience with Flexera (ideally FNO) and solid SAP knowledge (SD, MM, or PM/Service, especially equipment master data).
• Process Understanding:
• Understanding of how ERP product data is translated into licensing entitlements and how technical assets are structured.
• Attention to Detail:
• Strong focus on data quality in backend systems.
• Languages:
• Very good communication skills in English.
