GMV is expanding its Galileo Reference Center team in Spain to advance satellite navigation monitoring through high-performance software.

You will join an agile software development team and contribute to the design and implementation of advanced algorithms and system modules in C++ and Python, driving evolution and validation of critical GNSS infrastructure.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

In our team, you will contribute to the evolution of the Galileo Reference Center (GRC), the reference center responsible for monitoring and assessing the performance of the Galileo system, helping develop the next generation of capabilities for one of Europe’s leading GNSS infrastructures.

You will be part of an agile software development team, participating in the design and implementation of advanced algorithms and system modules in C++ and Python, contributing to the evolution, validation, and continuous improvement of a critical infrastructure for satellite navigation service monitoring.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

For this position, we are looking for Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related degree with an interest in high-performance software development, algorithm implementation, and satellite navigation systems.

Candidates should have knowledge of Python, Linux environments, Git version control, and algorithm implementation, as well as the ability to work within software development teams and tackle complex technical challenges.

In addition, will be considered a plus: knowledge of C++, containerization technologies such as Docker, and GNSS systems, as well as an interest in critical systems, performance-oriented software development, and the space sector.
