GMV is seeking graduates in software engineering to join our team in Madrid, Spain, working on web applications that support real-world business processes. You will develop APIs and backend services, build React/TypeScript interfaces, and integrate with external systems while participating in testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Hybrid working model with relocation support and international mobility is offered, along with flexible hours, language learning, and ongoing career development.

Formación

• Graduate in software engineering or related field with backend/frontend development experience.
• Experience building and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React and Node.js; SQL database design.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

As part of our team, you'll work on developing high-quality web applications that support real-world business processes and are tailored to specific projects. Your work will contribute to:

• The design, implementation, and development of software components that are critical to our company’s operational success.
• You will develop APIs and backend services, as well as frontend web interfaces.
• You will integrate applications with external systems and collaborate on testing, deployment, and maintenance, working in multidisciplinary and collaborative environments.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

For this position, we are looking for graduates in software engineering or related fields, with relevant experience in developing backend and frontend solutions within complex systems. Experience using and integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs.

Experience with SQL databases; ability to provision new SQL instances and design database schemas from scratch. Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, especially with React and Node.js.

Additionally, knowledge of AI and programming agents, as well as Python 3, is a plus. Experience with Docker and containerized environments. Basic knowledge of UX/UI, HTML/CSS, and web design principles. Experience with Git, branching workflows, and collaborative development.
