A global financial services company in Spain, Madrid is looking for a Strategic Account Manager. This role involves working with account executives to design solutions for clients and leading the RFP management process. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in the finance sector, and fluency in Mandarin and English. Key skills include knowledge of programming languages and RESTful APIs.

Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in finance or internet related industry.
  • Understanding of at least one major programming language (PHP, Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Java).
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications.

Responsabilidades

  • Work with account executives to design solutions for strategic clients.
  • Lead the RFP management process and collaborate with various teams.
  • Take ownership of deliverables as per project plan.

Conocimientos

Fluent Mandarin

WorldFirst is shaking up the financial services industry- our mission as a FinTech is 'to make it easy to do business anywhere'. Our Strategic Account Management team is responsible for driving commercial growth across existing accounts, as well as helping prospect new ones too.

Responsibilities
  • Work with account executives to design solutions that solve critical business challenges for strategic clients, throughout the pre-sales, solution design and implementation stages.
  • Lead RFP management process and collaborate closely with commercial teams, product teams, engineering teams, legal teams, ops teams, to drive consistency and accuracy in RFP responses.
  • Take ownership of outstanding deliverables and ensure they are captured per the project plan.Research advanced technology regarding best practices in the vertical and seek to find best solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or internet related industry.
  • Understand at least one of the major programming languages (PHP, Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.).
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications.
  • Capability to communicate in fluent Mandarin / English with both internal and external stakeholders.
