TecAlliance in Tenerife invites a Software Developer (m/f/d) to join our international team. You will develop, maintain and enhance software solutions, analyze requirements, write clean code, test, debug and participate in reviews to improve performance and reliability.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with cross-functional teams across borders, contributing to scalable products, and shaping our technology roadmap while growing your skills in an agile environment.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in software development within Agile environments.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions and components.
• Exposure to modern development tools, version control systems, and software design principles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
• Experience solving technical challenges and delivering scalable, reliable software products.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher) is mandatory; Spanish a plus.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent vocational training or practical experience.
• Experience in software development within Agile environments.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions and components.
• Exposure to working with modern development tools, version control systems, and software design principles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
• Experience solving technical challenges and delivering scalable, reliable software products.
• Fluent English language skills (B2 level or higher) are mandatory, Spanish language would be a plus.

Technical Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in one of the following programming language: C#, Java, GO, Phyton, Angular. Some experience in remaining programming codes is an advantage but can be learned.
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Software development principles and methodologies.
• Programming languages proficiency.
• Software design and architecture concepts.
• Data structures and algorithms knowledge.
• Version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Agile development practices.
• Testing and code quality practices.
