TecAlliance is seeking a Software Developer (m/f/d) to join our Tenerife office. You will create and enhance technology solutions that support our strategic goals and evolving business needs, delivering high-quality software products for global users.

Responsibilities include coding, testing, debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user experience, productivity, and business growth. Hybrid work model with on-site and remote days is offered.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in software development within Agile environments.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions and components.
• Exposure to modern development tools, version control systems, and software design principles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
• Experience solving technical challenges and delivering scalable, reliable software products.
• Fluent English language skills (B2+); Spanish a plus.

Main Tasks

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent vocational training or practical experience.
• Experience in software development within Agile environments.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions and components.
• Exposure to working with modern development tools, version control systems, and software design principles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
• Experience solving technical challenges and delivering scalable, reliable software products.
• Fluent English language skills (B2 level or higher) are mandatory, Spanish language would be a plus.

Technical Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in one of the following programming language: C#, Java, GO, Phyton, Angular.
• Some experience in remaining programming codes is an advantage but can be learned.
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Software development principles and methodologies.
• Programming languages proficiency.
• Software design and architecture concepts.
• Data structures and algorithms knowledge.
• Version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Agile development practices.
• Testing and code quality practices.
