About the Client

The client is PageGroup, a global leader in professional recruitment. As a client, they are looking to fill this position for one of their final clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale IT projects from start to finish.
  • Lead the Project Lifecycle: Oversee system and application changes from planning through deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed-upon quality standards.
  • Strategic Implementation: Drive the deployment of critical corporate systems, specifically leading projects involving large-scale corporate application implementation, which could include CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics), HR software (e.g., SuccessFactors, Teamtailor, Workday), or similar core business systems.
  • Planning and Strategy: Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, define clear objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, and manage all project constraints.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate internal technical resources and external third-party vendors. Align with other project managers to ensure deliverables are synchronized across interdependent projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage expectations and facilitate key decisions with senior-level stakeholders (including C-Level and Business Directors), acting as the crucial bridge between IT and the functional business areas.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, manage dependencies, risks, and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Lead project meetings to keep all stakeholders regularly updated.
  • Ensuring Quality and Best Practices: Ensure that all projects adhere to established frameworks and project management best practices, capturing lessons learned for continuous improvement.

This is a hybrid position in Barcelona, offering a flexible working model.
