The ideal candidate will design and execute creative 360° strategies aimed at community growth and engagement across various platforms. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools, and experience in creating impactful content. A degree in Marketing or a related field is required, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Professional in digital marketing and social media management, specialized in designing 360° strategies focused on community growth, engagement, and conversion. Experienced in creating and executing creative content, coordinating design, copywriting, and influencer teams to drive consistent and data-driven brand storytelling.

Proficient in platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn, as well as analytics and planning tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Semrush, and Notion). Proven ability to transform audience insights into relevant content, optimize organic and paid funnels, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with an ROI-driven mindset.

Passionate about digital trends, visual storytelling, AI-powered content, and building authentic communities. Results-oriented, with a creative and analytical mindset to elevate brand growth, reputation, and digital presence.

Education
  • University degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
