FARMASI in Madrid is seeking a highly creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. You will create and publish high-performing social content daily, using iPhone photography and video, Canva, and AI tools to produce engaging, on-brand assets at scale.

You will also play a key role on set during photoshoots and brand productions, capturing real-time content for TikTok and Reels. You will coordinate across Europe and work with the global director of social media to align messaging.

Formación

• 2–3+ years of experience in social media content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends.
• Proficiency with iPhone photo/video; samples may be requested.
• Experience capturing behind-the-scenes content during shoots or events.
• Proficiency in Canva for graphic design.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation (image, video, copy).
• Editing skills with CapCut or similar tools.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional European languages are a plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create daily social-first content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Carousels) using iPhone photography and videography.
• Capture lifestyle and product content native to social platforms.
• Stay on top of trends and translate them into brand-relevant content.
• Identify and create social-first moments during shoots and events.
• Coordinate content across European channels (Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Germany).
• Work with the global director of social media to align messaging and campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation (ideation, scripting, captions, visual enhancements).
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution.
• Track content performance and optimize based on engagement and reach.
