Job summary

VML in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive & Content Manager with 1–2 years of experience to support daily content management for web and social channels. The role emphasizes execution, quality control, and timely publishing in multilingual contexts (Portuguese and Spanish), with a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate will manage CMS publishing, coordinate with account and creative teams, and ensure localization and brand guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in digital content management for creative or advertising agencies.

Responsibilities

• Review and adapt content for web and social platforms, with a focus on Portuguese.
• Upload, update, schedule, and publish content in CMS and social platforms.
• Check texts, formats, links, dates, tags, and brand guidelines.
• Manage editorial calendars, approval statuses, and version control.
• Coordinate with account, creative, and content teams to resolve changes.
• Perform quality checks before and after publication.
• Provide basic analytics support for posts and results.

Buscamos un/a Account Executive & Content Manager con 1-2 años de experiencia para dar soporte a la gestión diaria de contenidos web y redes sociales.

Será un perfil orientado a la ejecución, responsable de revisar, adaptar, cargar y publicar contenidos, asegurando su calidad, correcta localización y cumplimiento de los plazos.

Responsabilidades

• Revisar y adaptar contenidos para web y redes sociales, especialmente en portugués.
• Cargar, actualizar, programar y publicar contenidos en CMS y plataformas sociales.
• Comprobar textos, formatos, enlaces, fechas, etiquetas y adecuación a las guidelines de marca.
• Gestionar calendarios editoriales, estados de aprobación y versiones de los contenidos.
• Coordinarse con los equipos de cuenta, creatividad y contenidos para resolver cambios e incidencias.
• Realizar controles de calidad antes y después de la publicación.
• Dar soporte al seguimiento básico de publicaciones y resultados.

Requisitos

• 1-2 años de experiencia en gestión de contenidos digitales, agencias creativas, digitales o de publicidad.
• Portugués nativo o muy alto, requisito imprescindible.
• Buen nivel de español, especialmente escrito.
• Experiencia trabajando con CMS y herramientas de publicación en redes sociales.
• Buena capacidad de redacción, revisión y adaptación de contenidos.
• Organización, atención al detalle y capacidad para cumplir plazos.

Se valorará especialmente

• Experiencia con WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, Sitecore u otros CMS.
• Experiencia en localización de contenidos internacionales.
• Conocimientos básicos de analítica digital y redes sociales.
• Formación en Comunicación, Publicidad, Marketing, Periodismo o similares.
• Nivel de inglés suficiente para trabajar con contenidos y documentación internacional.
