Job summary

Zurich Duo in Madrid is seeking a Creative Specialist who translates strategic direction into platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and emerging channels. You will develop storyboards, post concepts, captions, and visual directions from briefs, and ensure every asset aligns with the brand voice.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience creating content for brands, social media, or creative agencies.
• Strong understanding of platform-native formats, particularly short-form video.
• Ability to translate ideas into storyboard and execution assets.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborative with Strategists, Insights teams, Videomakers, Designers, and Project Managers.
• Strong English for an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Transform Creative Strategist briefs into detailed creative ideas and platform-ready content executions.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, post concepts, captions, and visual directions.
• Create, adapt, and optimize social media assets tailored to TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and other channels.
• Build content proposals for editorial calendars based on defined content territories and strategic briefs.
• Work closely with Videomakers to shape and produce high-impact short-form video executions.
• Adapt content to each platform's unique codes, formats, and trends.
• Ensure final assets are consistent with the original creative idea, brand voice, and channel requirements.
