Job summary

Pasqual Maragall Foundation in Barcelona is seeking a Coordinator of Digital Projects and Content for the Social Area to lead cross‑functional projects and digital services that support people living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

You will coordinate content, platforms and external collaborators, ensure quality, accessibility and usefulness, monitor indicators, and drive continuous improvement across our digital channels, with a hybrid work model and a strong user‑centred approach.

Qualifications

• University degree in Communication, Journalism, Social Sciences, Health Sciences, Economics, Project Management, Digital Marketing or related disciplines.
• Advanced Excel and reporting tools (Power BI or Looker Studio) experience valued.
• Approximate minimum 3 years of experience in project management, content, digital services, or related fields.
• Fluency in Catalan and Spanish is essential; professional English is an asset.
• Experience in social sector, health, aging, or projects with social impact will be valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align strategy and manage projects efficiently.
• Oversee content creation, review, and updating across digital platforms.
• Ensure content quality, accessibility, and usefulness and define channel objectives.
• Functionally manage digital platforms (CRM, Moodle, and others) and coordinate IT needs.
• Prepare data reports, monitor indicators, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support training and knowledge transfer within the Social Area.
