Job summary

VML Madrid, part of the WPP network, is seeking an Account Executive with high English proficiency and 3–4 years’ agency experience in 360 campaigns and social content management. You will join a cross‑functional accounts team to manage client briefs, timing, budgets, and content execution.

The role involves coordinating internal teams and external partners, presenting proposals, and driving multi‑channel campaigns while tracking performance and trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising and PR or related field
• 3–4 years of agency experience in 360 campaigns and social content management
• Strong autonomous work style with ability to meet timelines
• Fluent English with professional proficiency

Responsibilities

• Monitor timelines, budgets, deliverables and resources; anticipate and resolve issues
• Daily liaison with international clients, manage briefs and present proposals
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, especially social media
• Coordinate digital content and social media plans, editorial calendars and events coverage
• Coordinate internal teams (strategy, creative, production, content) and external vendors
• Analyze results, identify opportunities and track trends and competition
• Plan projects, set priorities and manage accounts administration (budgets, reports, invoicing)

Este es el reto:

Necesitamos incorporar a nuestro equipo deVML Madrid un/aEjecutivo/a de Cuentas con nivel de inglés alto con entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia en agencia trabajando en la gestión de campañas de comunicación 360 y en la gestión de generación de contenido en redes sociales.

Se integrará en un equipo de cuentas y sus responsabilidades serán:

• Seguimiento de timings, presupuestos, entregables y recursos; anticipación y resolución de incidencias.
• Interlocución diaria con clientes internacionales, gestión de briefings y presentación de propuestas.
• Planificación y ejecución de campañas multicanal, especialmente en social media.
• Coordinación de contenidos digitales y RRSS, planes editoriales y coberturas de eventos.
• Coordinación de equipos internos (estrategia, creatividad, producción y contenidos) y proveedores externos.
• Análisis de resultados, identificación de oportunidades y seguimiento de tendencias y competencia.
• Planificación de proyectos, definición de prioridades y gestión administrativa del área de Cuentas (presupuestos, informes y facturación).

Tu candidatura sería ideal si...

• Tienes Licenciatura o Grado en publicidad y RRPP.
• Tienes entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia en agencia similar como ejecutiva/o de cuentas en campañas 360 y gestión de contenidos para RRSS.
• Ser capaz de desarrollar las tareas del job description con autonomía y cumpliendo los objetivos y timings acordados.
• Tener pensamiento crítico, no buscamos solo gestores.
• Desenvolverse correctamente en inglés.
• Conocer y saber gestionar plataformas de gestión de trabajo tipo Asana, Trello o Jira.
