Kudelski Security is seeking a Security Analyst Level 1 in Madrid to join a 24/7 MDR operation within the Cyber Fusion Center. You will monitor, triage, validate alerts, and escalate threats while maintaining high quality across a multi-client SOC environment.

You will work with modern security tooling and AI-assisted workflows to improve investigation efficiency, documentation, and learning velocity, reporting to the SOC Manager in a team of 15-20 L1 Analysts.

Formación

• Over 1 year of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or related field.
• Experience analyzing logs and host data to identify suspicious activity.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, security architecture, adversary TTPs, MITRE ATT&CK.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and triage security alerts from SIEM/EDR/XDR, firewalls and related tech.
• Perform first-level incident analysis, validation, and classification per SOPs.
• Escalate incidents to Tier 2 with clear documentation and next steps.
• Respond to alerts within SLAs and document investigation steps.
• Adhere to policies and protect customer data.
• Participate in shift handovers and ensure continuity.
