Capgemini is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Service Coordinator to join a governance and SOC service for a major healthcare client. You will coordinate service delivery, support SOC operations, and drive continuous improvement with cross‑functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a university degree in a technical field, fluent Catalan, and at least two active cybersecurity certifications.

Formación

• University degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Fluent Catalan (C1/C2 level).
• At least two active cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, SSCP; CISM, CISA, CRISC; Security+ or CASP+; GIAC/SANS).
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF or similar standards.
• Participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation outside standard business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate cybersecurity service delivery and ensure compliance with objectives.
• Support SOC operations and continuous improvement of services.
• Coordinate cybersecurity initiatives across multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and report service metrics, KPIs and cybersecurity performance indicators.
• Support security governance activities, including risk analysis, reporting and process improvement.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards and presentations for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to strengthen the security posture.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation (approximately one week per month).
