DWS Group in Madrid is seeking a Data Platform Engineer specialized in Snowflake to design, build and improve our cloud data platform. You will work with product owners to turn requirements into scalable, secure data solutions and contribute to end-to-end data ingestion and transformation.

You'll use Terraform, dbt and Airflow, program in Python/Java, and collaborate with security and control functions to ensure governance.

Formación

• As minimum, three years in platform or data engineering with enterprise data platforms.
• Strong Snowflake expertise and modern data stack fundamentals.
• Proficiency with IaC and automation/orchestration tooling (Terraform, dbt, Airflow).
• Good programming skills in Python and/or Java; SDLC tools experience.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to end-to-end architecture of cloud data platform components.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into designs and implementations.
• Design reusable data ingestion and transformation components for reliability.
• Build and maintain infrastructure components using Terraform and IaC tooling.
• Partner with security and compliance teams to strengthen platform security and governance.
• Translate product vision into concrete implementations with the product owner.
