Jobgether is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake) based in Spain to design and optimize Snowflake environments and customer data foundations powering CRM, personalization, and audience activation.

You will transform fragmented data into scalable foundations, build pipelines with Braze, Hightouch, and CDPs, and collaborate across data, CRM, analytics, and marketing in a remote-first international setting.

Formación

• Deep expertise in Snowflake architecture, data modeling, optimization, performance tuning, scalability and cost management.
• Experience with customer data platforms, identity resolution, customer-profile architecture, and Customer 360 initiatives.
• Professional experience supporting CRM and customer engagement platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, or Adobe Campaign.
• Strong understanding of customer events, attributes, audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing use cases.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Snowflake data models supporting customer engagement, reporting, segmentation, and audience activation.
• Develop customer-level data structures that enable personalization, lifecycle marketing, and sophisticated audience management.
• Translate engagement requirements into robust Snowflake models and schemas ready for CDP and downstream activation.
• Build and maintain pipelines that synchronize customer data with Braze, Hightouch, CDPs, and other engagement platforms.
• Work with identity resolution, consent frameworks, event tracking, and customer-profile unification to create reliable data foundations.
• Support the development of Customer 360 views and improve audience readiness across email, push, SMS, web, and app channels.
• Optimize Snowflake environments for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency across large datasets.
• Establish data-quality, governance, privacy, and compliance practices across customer-facing data models.
• Collaborate with CRM, CDP, analytics, marketing, and engineering stakeholders to ensure data solutions address business needs.
• Help clients turn fragmented data into actionable insights and scalable engagement strategies.
