Exoscale is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure constant availability of the platform across Europe. You will design and maintain operating systems, hypervisor fleets and container runtimes, contributing to automation and deployment tooling.

The role supports remote work within the EU, with expected collaboration across distributed teams. You will work with Golang and Python, have strong Linux/Ker nel and Systemd knowledge, and participate in on-call after training.

Formación

• Solid experience with Linux, Kernel and Systemd.
• Familiar with KVM virtualization and container runtimes.
• Knowledge of network routing and encapsulation protocols is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain Exoscale’s OS and hypervisor fleets, from kernels to networks.
• Contribute to routing and security automation systems implementations.
• Shape OS images strategy from bare metal to Virtual Machines.
• Maintain and improve system container runtimes and deployment systems.
• Improve provisioning and deployment systems and overall platform performance.
• Contribute to architecture and internal tooling; participate in code reviews.
• Join on-call duty after training period.
