Site Reliability Engineer — Cloud, CI/CD & Multi-Region Ops

Job summary

Thundersoft in Madrid is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to ensure system stability and manage deployments across multiple regions.

You will maintain operations across several cloud vendors, build and operate CI/CD pipelines, assist in deployments and upgrades, and document changes and runbooks to support rapid incident response.

Fluent English is required; familiarity with ITIL, Kubernetes, Docker, and scripting (Python/Go) is a plus.

Qualifications

• College degree or above in computer science, information technology, software engineering or related majors (equivalent overseas education).
• At least 3 years of SRE operation and maintenance experience.
• Familiar with ITIL framework and best practices for application operation and maintenance.
• Holders of relevant technical certifications (such as RHCE, MCSE, AWS, Azure, CKA, SRE Foundation/Professional, etc.) are preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills, capable of conducting professional oral and written communication.
• Chinese or other foreign language proficiency is preferred (Spanish preferred).
• Experience in SRE operations for large enterprises or multinational corporations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the stability of the application system and deploy it online in new regions.
• Maintain the stability of daily systems across multiple cloud vendors.
• Carry out CICD and DevOps construction.
• Assist in the deployment and upgrade of application systems to ensure a smooth transition.
• Maintain operation and maintenance documents, record system changes and operation manuals.
• Provide technical support to solve technical problems raised by customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the development team to support the development and testing environment of application systems.
