A global industrial company is seeking an experienced Site Manager for its manufacturing site in Valencia, Spain. The Site Manager will oversee operational performance, focusing on production, supply chain, quality, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have at least 10 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, with a strong emphasis on injection molding technologies and lean methodologies. A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is required, with a Master's preferred.

• At least 10 years of proven site or multi-site leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills within matrix organizations.
• Solid technical understanding of injection molding technologies preferred.
