Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 12 years in construction project management with large-scale projects.
• Experience coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and clients remotely.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a proven track record in large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and schedules.
• PMP or similar construction-specific project management certification is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage projects entirely remotely, fostering strong virtual team collaboration.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
