Manning Global AG is seeking a Site Engineer to join its managed services project in Spain. This full-time contract (12 months) starts September 1, 2026, with a salary framework of 26,200 EUR per annum or 185 EUR per day.

The role covers Spain and other listed countries, and requires telecom engineering experience. The candidate will review Site Surveys, prepare final solutions, and coordinate with customers and subcontractors to ensure the right hardware and configurations are implemented on

Formación

• Experience in telecom network engineering, deployment or design.
• Understanding of antennas and antenna schemes.
• Experience with BBU boards and AC/DC power systems.
• Knowledge of optical transmission (LWL/Fiber).
• RF planning knowledge and ability to read technical drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Review the Technical Site Surveys (TSS) and create the Final Solution according to engineering rules.
• Prepare site-specific hardware data from surveys and insert into the Solution table as required.
• Coordinate with customer and subcontractor, updating solutions and communicating as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Review the Technical Site Surveys (TSS) and create the Final Solution according to the previously established engineering rules
• The site specific hardware required for the reviewed site + data from the survey (cable length, fiber/SFP mode, available antenna ports and feeders, etc). to be inserted in a shared document (Solution table) according to a specific wording in order to create the site ordering.
• After the solutions are reviewed by the customer, this has to be updated to the original solutions. In case something is not matching, the TSS task shall be rejected to the subcontractor and the D9site design engineer should be able to handle the communication with the subcontractor independently.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Experience in telecom network engineering, deployment or design.
• Good understanding of:
• Antenna configurations and antenna schemes
• BBU boards
• AC/DC power systems
• Optical transmission (LWL/Fiber optics)
• Experience reviewing Technical Site Surveys (TSS) or similar engineering documentation.
• RF Planning knowledge.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, site surveys and engineering documentation.
• English level B2 or higher (written and spoken).
