Trevi Group in Madrid seeks a Site Engineer with deep foundation experience to supervise field operations, monitor safety and quality, and manage technical data. The role involves coordinating grout injections, jet grouting, drilling operations, and the analysis of pressures, flow rates, and volumes.

Responsibilities include preparing daily and technical reports, monitoring instrumentation, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Formación

Job Description

Site Engineer with experience in deep foundation works, especially in consolidation grouting activities and technical data management. The selected person will be responsible for supervising field operations, ensuring compliance with established technical, safety, and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities related to grout injections, compensatory injections, jet grouting, or other soil improvement and consolidation techniques.
• Follow up on drilling operations, ensuring proper execution according to project parameters.
• Manage and analyze data from injection systems (pressures, flow rates, volumes, times, and yields).
• Prepare daily reports and technical reports on injection and drilling, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Monitor geotechnical instrumentation (inclinometers, piezometers, extensometers, etc.). Coordinate with foremen to ensure an efficient workflow. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal procedures, and project specifications.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, or similar. Minimum 2 years of experience in deep foundations, injections, or geotechnical drilling. Knowledge of injection equipment and systems and ground improvement techniques. Experience in managing and analyzing technical data and preparing reports. Proficient in technical software (AutoCAD, Excel, data acquisition tools). Ability to resolve issues on-site and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Good communication skills and focus on quality and technical accuracy. Desired skills: Proactivity and decision-making ability. Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Strong commitment to safety and structured work.
