Formación

Job Description

Trevi SpA is hiring for construction sites in Italy:

Service Crane Operators

Required Skills

• Perform a preliminary inspection of the support surface.
• Assess the conformation and composition of the ground.
• Check the documentation of the equipment.
• Carry out safety checks (structure, hooks, control panel functionality, etc.).
• Evaluate the presence of other machinery or elements in the work area that could limit or compromise the use of the equipment.
• Promptly notify the supervisor of any faults or anomalies.
• Perform routine maintenance activities.
• Inform the supervisor of any QHSE-related violations.
• Support the supervisor in departmental activities.
• Knowledge of the assigned equipment, including the O&M manual, performance, limitations, components and spare parts, and manufacturers.
• Skill in assembling, disassembling, and positioning the assigned equipment (direction, stability, use of steel plates, etc.).
• Competence in using load charts and evaluating the maximum load based on outreach (safe lifting).
• Proficiency in using onboard electronic instruments.
• Competence in selecting appropriate anchoring points and lifting devices (chains, ropes, slings, spreader bars, etc.).
• Skill in lifting and using excavation accessories (hydraulic clamp, oscillator, unscrewer, hammers and chisels, etc.).
• Ability to move the equipment (translation) with suspended loads safely.
• Competence in routine maintenance and filling out the maintenance log.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic concepts.
