Confidential employer in Santa Ponça, Calvià, Mallorca is seeking an Administrative and Customer Service Assistant for an on-site, permanent full-time role. You will be the main liaison for clients and help keep daily operations running smoothly in the office and showroom.

Requirements include fluent German, intermediate English, strong MS Office skills, and a valid driving license with your own vehicle. Prior admin or customer service experience is a plus.

Formación

• Fluent German required with intermediate English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle.
• Experience in administrative or customer service roles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be the key point of contact for clients and guide showroom visitors.
• Organize office workflows and manage administrative tasks.
• Schedule and coordinate client appointments and data entry.
• Maintain and update client records accurately.
